Answer (En)
Nicaragua offers several opportunities to observe wildlife in its natural state. One of the best options is to visit the R&&i&&o San Juan Biosphere Reserve, which is home to a great diversity of flora and fauna, including exotic birds, monkeys, jaguars and crocodiles. Another notable place is the Los Guatuzos Wildlife Refuge, located on the San Juan River. Here, visitors can take boat tours through the canals and lagoons to observe alligators, howler monkeys, waterfowl, and a wide variety of plants and trees. Additionally, the Mombacho Volcano Natural Reserve offers the opportunity to observe a variety of bird, mammal and plant species in a cloud forest environment. Other recommended wildlife viewing locations include Juan Venado Island, the Solentiname Archipelago, and the El Jaguar Private Wildlife Reserve.
