Question (En)
Where is the Paracas National Reserve and what can you do there?
Answer (En)
The Paracas National Reserve is located on the southern coast of Peru, in the province of Pisco, department of Ica. It is one of the most important reserves in the country due to its great biological diversity and its impressive coastal and marine landscape. In Paracas, you can do various activities such as observing seabirds, such as cormorants and pelicans, as well as flamingos in the reserve's lagoon. In addition, it is possible to enjoy beautiful white sand beaches and practice water sports such as kayaking and diving, thanks to the crystal-clear waters and marine biodiversity it houses. Another attraction of the reserve is a visit to the Ballestas Islands, known as "the Galapagos of Peru", where you can see sea lions, Humboldt penguins and a wide variety of seabirds.
