Question (En)
What is the fauna and flora of Greenland like and where can they be observed in their natural state?
Answer (En)
Greenland's fauna includes species such as musk ox, arctic fox, lemming, arctic hare, various species of seabirds and raptors, as well as whales, seals and walruses in the surrounding waters. Flora is limited due to the arctic climate, but mosses, lichens, herbs and some flowering plants can be found in warmer areas. These species can be observed in their natural state throughout the country, especially in protected areas such as national parks, nature reserves and coasts, where human activity is limited and nature is in its wildest state.
