Another protected area is the Malpelo Fauna and Flora Sanctuary, in the Colombian Pacific, which is one of the best places in the world for shark diving and also offers opportunities to spot whales and dolphins. The Utr&&i&&a National Natural Park, also in the Pacific, is known for its mangroves and warm waters, ideal for humpback whale watching and snorkeling.
