Question (En)
How do people use or visit Mount Denali in the United States for spiritual or religious purposes?
Answer (En)
While Denali is not a religious site for tourists, the Koyukon and other indigenous groups continue to hold the mountain in spiritual reverence. For them, the mountain is a place of spiritual connection, and many believe that visiting or approaching the mountain requires an understanding of its sacredness. The Koyukon and other Alaskan native groups may hold ceremonies or rituals in the vicinity of the mountain, but these practices are often private and not accessible to tourists.
