The Bosawas Reserve, located in Nicaragua, is one of the largest tropical reserves in Central America and is home to impressive biodiversity. A wide variety of flora and fauna species can be found in Bosawas, including tall trees such as mahogany and cedar, as well as a wide variety of medicinal and ornamental plants. In terms of fauna, the reserve is home to a great diversity of species, including mammals such as jaguars, pumas, howler monkeys and spider monkeys, as well as a wide variety of birds, reptiles and amphibians.
